Applicant MUST BE A CURRENT MEMBER OF THE USFSA. Test applications and fees are due THREE (3) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE POSTED TEST DATE. Late applications will be accepted at the discretion of the test chair based on time and availability of judges.
NOTE: If an applicant is not a TAMPA BAY SC homeclub member or Individual USFSA member, a letter of permission to test from the skater's home club must be provided with the test application. No test can be taken without this letter.
*NON_TAMPA BAY SC MEMBER TEST FEES ARE 1 1/2 THE NORMAL FEE PLUS A $25 ICE FEE.
